Terms of Use

BRiSM Inventory is an inventory and point-of-sale app for retail shops. It gives you stock management by size and variant, low-stock alerts and supplier reorder, bulk catalog import, a sales counter, payment recording (cash, GCash, and bank QR), and sales history. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Not a BIR-accredited POS. BRiSM Inventory records sales for your own bookkeeping and restock. It is not a BIR-accredited point-of-sale or computerized-accounting system, and the receipts it produces are not official BIR receipts or invoices. If your business is required to issue BIR-registered official receipts, you remain responsible for doing so through your accredited system.

Please give accurate information when you sign up and keep your login secure — you’re responsible for what happens under your account. One account is for one shop.

New accounts may start with a 14-day free trial. After that, continued use needs an active subscription at the current price (see our pricing page). You pay once per term (monthly or yearly); it does not auto-renew, so your access runs to the end of the term you paid for and you renew whenever you want to continue. Payments are non-refundable.

The data you put into the Service — your shop profile, products, images, and sales — stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the Service for you. You’re responsible for the accuracy of your records and for having the right to use any images you upload.

Please don’t:

• use the Service for anything illegal;
• try to break, abuse, or gain unauthorised access to it;
• upload content you don’t have the right to use.

The Service helps you record payments and show your own GCash and bank QR codes. We are not a payment processor and are not part of the transaction between you and your customer. We don’t handle, hold, or settle those funds and aren’t responsible for disputes or for amounts you record.

The Service works offline and caches data on your device, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may run maintenance, and your own connectivity affects syncing. Keep your own backups where it matters. The Service is provided “as is.”
