- What happens after the 14-day free trial?
- Your trial runs for 14 days with no credit card. After that, continue on the ₱249/month plan to keep selling — your products, stock, and sales history stay exactly as you left them.
- Does it lock me in or auto-renew?
- Neither. You pay once per term (monthly or yearly) and nothing renews automatically — you're only charged again if you choose to renew. Payments are non-refundable, so a term you've paid for runs to its end.
- Can I get my data out if I leave?
- Anytime. Your products are yours — export your whole catalog to a CSV spreadsheet in one tap from Settings (or the Inventory screen). No lock-in: the export uses the same format as the importer, so you can take your data anywhere.
- Is everything included in the one plan?
- Yes — inventory by size, low-stock alerts and supplier reorder, bulk catalog import, done-for-you setup, the counter, payments, sales history, and offline mode are all included. No per-feature upsells and no setup fee.
- Do you set up my catalog for me?
- Yes, and it's included — not an add-on. Send us your product list in any form and we enter your full catalog (sizes, prices, reorder points) so you're ready to sell on day one. It's the part a free app leaves you to do alone.
- Does it issue official BIR receipts?
- No — BRiSM Inventory records sales for your own records and restock and is not a BIR-accredited POS. Keep issuing your BIR-registered official receipts alongside it if your business requires them.
- How do I pay for BRiSM Inventory?
- Billing details are shown when you start your trial. Note this is separate from how your shop gets paid by customers — at the counter you can take cash and any e-wallet or bank by QR.
